Big Brake Kit

CNC machined from aluminium billet. These will fit all Porsche 911’s from 69-89. Designed to accept standard 20mm or 24mm discs. Will also fit Porsche 911S front struts with 3.5” calliper fitment.

For larger power applications, it is possible to upgrade to 300mm x 30mm front discs. Included with this kit is new custom front disks and brake bells. This wider setup can also be fitted to 3.0” front strut fixings.

It is always possible to upgrade to the wider setup at a later date if required. We can just sell you the wider adapters to make your new setup work. The front 6 pot caliper weighs 2795g complete. Much lighter than “Big Red” setups and reduces unsprung weight. These brake callipers are designed to work with 15” wheels or larger. These callipers accept off the shelf AP racing fitment brake pads. Most common brake pad manufactures make a brake pad that will fit these callipers.

The RSR caliper has been designed for both form and function, using the military/aerospace grade 7075 aluminium alloy it has been able make the caliper walls thinner and lighter than the classic style yet retain a high integral strength through the fins. These fins not only give the caliper strength but also function to aid cooling whilst taking a styling cue from the original RSR/917 caliper.

All other details are carried across from the classic style caliper, fitment is the same, along with pad type and piston size options. Pistons, bleed nipples and pad retainers are all machined from s/s, seals are high temp EPDM, and hydraulic threads all M10x1.0.

Pad fitment is the same as AP Racing caliper fitment: Front: HB110, rear: HB107

This is for a full set of calipers, front and rear. These brake kits have a 6-8 week lead time.
