2.0L and 2.2L 911 Connecting Rods
Manufactured from EN24V steel billet, heat treated and shot penned. I beam with 130mm centres, standard 3/8th UNJF bolts by 1.5" under head length. FIA appendix K compliant achieving the minimum required weight of 550g.
Available in three different weights:
Titanium at 270g
Ultralight design at 460g

Original Porsche con rods weigh a staggering 863g per rod! Our con rods are reliable for 10,000 RPM but have been known to be pushed upwards over 11,000 RPM in full race engines.
The connecting rods can be supplied with our own design of connecting bolts which are manufactured for us by PANKL Aerospace. Our bolts are manufactured from cold rolled P13-8 stainless steel, which achieves a 30% higher ultimate tensile strength than ARP2000 bolts. Our design of bolt is more expensive than ARP’s, but ours are reusable hundreds of time over, as long as they aren’t damaged!. If you don’t wish to use our specification of connecting rod bolts, ARP’s are interchangeable with no modification. Sold with small end bushes fitted with the same diameter as the standard Porsche rod at 22mm.
Please note that at upwards of 7,000 RPM you will need a proper racing oil lubrication system on your engine. The rods and bolts will last, the bearings and bushes will not, with no oil lubrication! Please make sure to thoroughly clean and degrease all parts before assembly. Check all oil galleries to be clear of any debris.
